Work basket issue
The work object has moved from work basket1 to other work basket2. But in pc_assign_work basket table i can see 2 rows with same work object id and 2 work baskets names.

See the pzInskey value of that Work object in that pc_assign_Workbasket table.

Because In that table pzInsKey is combination of pxObjClass, WorkObject and Flow Name.

In your scenario Flow name may be different.
