Reassign Activity gives duplicate cases

Hi All,

I have a case assigned to a user after the Goal i am reassigning the case to another user's(Workbasket) using Reassign Option, but there is a instance of the case in the old user as well as in the Workbasket.

Can anyone tell me the root cause for this.

When you trace the process, what activity is used for the reassign? In looking at that activity, can you check the step where the old assignment should be deleted and compare with what you see in Tracer. The DB Query event type may also be helpful in the trace.
