Exception adding Email Listener as new instance in Admin studio

Hi,

I configured the Email Listener and followed same instructions as mentioned in this article - Configuring Pulse email notifications | Pega

I am getting below error when trying to add Email Listener as new instance,

Error

"Start operation failed for <Listner_Name> (Failed to launch listener, com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRException: Unable to initialize email client, terminating listener <Listener_Name>)"

 

I have Configured Email Account (Test connectivity success for both Sender and Receiver).

Created Service Package(no authentication required), Created Service Method.

Configured Email Listener  (using Dev Studio).

Pega - 8.6.3 (running on Pega Cloud).

In Email Listener rule-form under Requestor login, you will be providing the user-id and password, please make sure you have provided the valid user-id and password and the user-id also not disabled. If in case you are having wrong details, then also you will not be able to start listener.
