Status showing stopping of email listener in admin studio

Hi Team, When I stopped the email listener in admin studio of v8.6.1, showing status of listener as "Stopping" instead of removing listener entry from list of listeners. And now unable to restart it. Any solution for this will be appreciated.

Hi ,

Which version of pega you are using ?

we are using 8.5 and 8.6 in both the versions if we select the listener thread and stop and refresh . Particular thread will be removed from the list of threads that are running. 

if you want to stop all the threads of email listener select stop all and refresh
