We have configure an Email Listener in our application, it will create cases when an email is receive on an specific account(IMAP protocol). The email account is on-cloud instead of on-premise, our IT said that he is not able to set up IMAP on email on-cloud.
Has anyone face this issue and how it was resolved?
It will be great if anyone can share the steps to enable IMAP protocol on cloud.

Any one faced similar issue and know how to configure email listener to run against a mailbox that is on cloud. We are able to run email listeners successfully against shared mailboxes that are on premise but our email server admin are not sure how to enable the imap flag for shared mailbox which are in cloud mail server,
