Enable IMAP for mailbox on-cloud
We have configure an Email Listener in our application, it will create cases when an email is receive on an specific account(IMAP protocol). The email account is on-cloud instead of on-premise, our IT said that he is not able to set up IMAP on email on-cloud. Has anyone face this issue and how it was resolved?
It will be great if anyone can share the steps to enable IMAP protocol on cloud.
