integrating with lotus notes mailbox

Hi,

Im trying to create and email account to integrate with pega. Have someone tried it before. How is the configuration different to connecting to an outlook mailbox,

The configuration shouldn't be that much different than Outlook, you just need to specify the correct connection details (host, port, etc.) on the rule form.
