Retrieve email from shared mailbox

Hi, In my mailbox, I have mapped one shared mailbox. I would like to retrieve email from shared mailbox(inbox). and also filter the email based upon received time. Can anyone help me with this?

In the receiver part of the Email account used in the Listener, enter the User ID in the format:

Domain\Your_UserID\AliasNameOfSharedMailbox
 
Provide the password for your mailbox in the reciever.

By configuring the Email account in this way, the listener can read the Inbox of the shared mailbox

Also, you need to disable the plain authentication in the Email account.

In the advanced , set 
mail.imaps.auth.plain.disable = true

There is a typo in the property name, and we had to disable NTLM as well. Here is teh final list:

mail.imap.auth.plain.disable = true

mail.imap.auth.ntlm.disable = true
