Unable to Configure Email Listener on Shared Mailbox
We need to configure a Email Listener over a Shared Email Box(which doesn't have a user ID and Password). But the Email account rule is not accepting the receiver details without UserID and Password.
Is there any way we can achieve this?

@VINISHVINU Hi, So do you mean the access to shared mail folder doesn't have any authentication?

@KarthikM6254 Yes, shared email box doesn't need any authentication.

And can you try your login credentials and try accessing it
