How to Read Email Contents in Shared Mailbox

We are currently trying to develop an automation that reads emails and their contents using Robotic Studio 8 SP 1. We have been able to read emails from the default Inbox for the user, but not for the Shared Mailbox that shows in user's Outlook client. Does anyone know how to access emails in an Outlook shared mailbox using the Outlook connector? Thanks

Hi @JasonR58,

Looks there is no possibility to read anything from shared mailbox by through pega robotics. Only solution is to achieve it by writing C# script alone reading any mailbox items. Refer more details on the below existing post.
