How to read the contents of an email with attachments?
Hello Pega Community,
We have a requirement to read the attachments of an incoming email to Pega and attach the same to case . Storage will not be in Pega but in some different system which will just store the documents and we will be referencing it through DOC ID and Base64 code of the document will be used to display it in Pega.
Appreciate if someone can just help me how to read the attachments of the email.

Do you want to fetch the attachments from the email and attach it to the case which it is creating?
Can you please explain this in line in detail?

Hello Teegu,
I would like to read the attachment from incoming email and when pega parse it, it has base 64 code already available on the page so that's what i need to send this base64 code to external storage system.
I am basically focusing on how to read the attachment from email. It can be more than one docs in the email.

All the attachments from the email will attached to the case which it is created and the details will available in the pyAttachments page. from there you can read the attachments
