Need guidance on the path to be given for shared mailboxes

Hi,

Can you please guide on the path to be given for shared mailboxes , for the below scenario :

MailID - Proprietary information hidden

Shared Mailbox on which I have access - Proprietary information hidden

Want to retrieve the mails from it via PRS outlook connector.

In my experience, the connector only has access to the primary mailbox. You might be able to write C# code to get to others, but the stock mailbox is all that is available from the connector (at least out-of-the-box).

You might consider working with your Engagement Lead to request this as a product enhancement.
