BIX Shared path on PEGA Cloud

Hi,

We have our application on PEGA cloud and installed BIX to send case data to Amazon S3 bucket. However, the shared path hasn't been set and there is no information regarding the BIX/sharedPath DSS in BIX user guide.

It would be great if we can get the value for BIX/sharedPath dynamic system setting. We are using BIX 7.4

Hi,

We figured out the path and this might be useful for someone else as well. The full path that we need to see against BIX/sharedPath DSS is /usr/local/tomcat/work/sync-data/bix
