CLM on Pega CLoud - Shared Responsibilities

Hi,

We are brainstorming on different hosting options for CLM and would like to clarify few points if we consider Pega Cloud.

1. Is PEGA CLM offered as a SaaS?

2. Would Pegasystems own the responsibility on Pega Cloud for the complete technology stack including PEGA CLM framework?

3. Who own the responsibility for the installation of CLM and any future upgrades / updates for the framework? Is it the Client or Pegasystems?

4. How quickly can we spin-up Pega CLM instances on PEGA Cloud?

3. Appreciate if you could provide any shared responsibilities defined between Client and Pegasystems for CLM on Pega Cloud?

  1. Is PEGA CLM offered as a SaaS?
    1. Pega CLM is available from Pega Cloud Services.
  2. Would Pegasystems own the responsibility on Pega Cloud for the complete technology stack including PEGA CLM framework?
    1. Pega Cloud Services clients are responsible for the configuration of the application to meet their business needs as well as ensuring that the application is guardrail compliant, their data in Pega Cloud and for the authentication and authorisation of their users.  Please refer to the Pega Cloud Services Guide for details of what is included in Pega Cloud Services.
  3. Who own the responsibility for the installation of CLM and any future upgrades / updates for the framework? Is it the Client or Pegasystems?
    1. Pega Cloud Services will deliver all licensed software.  For details of the upgrade and patch process please click here.
  4. How quickly can we spin-up Pega CLM instances on PEGA Cloud?
    1. Pega Cloud Services can be made available at point of contracting – please contact your Pega Cloud Representative.
  5. Appreciate if you could provide any shared responsibilities defined between Client and Pegasystems for CLM on Pega Cloud?
