Pega Cloud issues ?

Anyone using Pega cloud have faced any issues in the following areas : 1. Network 2. Integration - what type of integration have issues ? FileNet works, compatibility with MQ, Email config? 3. Access Control 4. Authentication- Like SSO, LDAP, Active Directory ? 5. IAC issues? 6. DB connect 7. BIX issues 8. Monitoring through PDC , AES? 9 Security and data protection issues ? 10. RPO or RTO issues ? 11. compatibility with CTI integration ? 12. Any issue with legacy systems ? Please share your experience. We are planning to use Pega Cloud.

Hi,

We have seen customers leveraging almost all the listed items without any issues, though I haven't heard of 10 & 11 items being used on a PegaCloud.

One of this comment from our SME on pros & cons of PegaCloud can also weigh in here.
