We acquired a few Pega cloud instances a couple months back. Added all necessary users and their roles but I never touched the instance again. I'm wondering is it possible a Pega agent has access to those instances so they can reset my password. I need to able to log in but the reset password isn't configured and I cant seem to access one of the instances. Hoping someone on Pega's end can help with this. Thanks.

Please create a pega cloud ticket to seek help. FYI, Pega cloud support staff do not have developer portal access to your systems for security reasons. It would have to be done at backend, most likely.
