When trying to access a shared cloud instance of Pega (which I previously had access to), I am presented with a continuous loading screen on App Studio, on occasion I am able to change to Dev Studio but this does not even load.
I am on a personal computer and have admin access. I have not had privileges revoked and according to the creator of the instance, I am still part of the project.
Troubleshooting I have already undertaken:
Cleared cache and cookies on the browser
Attempted on Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer/Microsoft Edge.
