eventhough i click on "request cloud instance" the cloud instance is not loading

Hi - I am experiencing the same issue. I am working on the Pega Marketing Consultant course. Once I click on "Request Cloud Instance" nothing happens, even after multiple attempts.

I am also having the same issue. I was able to get it the first time in another course, but nothing after that. I am currently working on Pega Customer Service Essentials, but I also had this issue in other courses.

Hi Guru,
I am also facing same issue. Cloud instance not loading when I "Request Cloud Instance". It has been like this since last 24 hours. I am currently trying to access the exercises in Pega Decisioning Consultant ver 8 module. Can you please help fix it ASAP ?

I went to settings-General-basic and changed the "version" to Other/Unknown(64-bit) and it worked for me. There's a warning on the VM that says invalid settings detected but it still launches.

But the issue is with the cloud instance in the Pega training module that's not loading. Its not a VM on the machine. The issue has to be fixed at Pega end. Hope I can get some help soon.

Yesterday, we noticed an issue with provisioning of cloud-based exercise systems for our CRM courses (Pega Marketing, Pega Sales Automation, Pega Customer Service and Pega Customer Decision Hub).
We believe it's resolved now. Please try requesting the exercise system again and let us know if you notice the same issue.

I am experiencing this same problem today, 15th October 2019, with the Cloud Instance for Customer Decision Hub foundation. I have tried several times this afternoon.

UPDATE: works now on IE. I was using Chrome previously.

Thanks for letting us know.
You are right that there was a temporary glitch with the cloud-based exercise system provisioning server. This is fixed now.
