Display name of from address in mailbox

Hi Team,

We are using sendemailnotification activity to send mails. Where we are using Proprietary information hidden as from address.

Now we have a requirement to show the from address name as ServiceTeam(Just like label we see in outlook) , when user recieves a mail. but the underlying from Email address should remain the same Proprietary information hidden.

Is there any possibility to achieve this?

Hi Suresh,

The email ID [email protected] normal outlook/office365 account. So, login to Email account from outlook and change the label for account in outlook settings as desired. This will be automatically reflected for sent emails.
