Interrogating Lotus Notes Client from Openspan
We are trying to launch the Lotus Notes client and then interrogate the elements within the client and perform actions.
So, we have created a Windows Application and have given the path to the Notes.exe as the start path.
When we click on Start Interrogation, the Lotus Notes client launches, but the interrogation immediately stops.
Please let us know if there are other ways this can be achieved

Hi,
I am looking at the link given for creating a SR, and it looks like there are only three options (Product Defect, Media Request and Existing Hotfix Request).
Please let me know
1) Which category should I be selecting for creating this SR.
2) Is there any cost associated with the SR process?

Please choose Product Defect.
For queries on cost, you will have to check with your Pega Support Contacts. Are you able to view your Account Administrators as indicated in this post? How to check your Account Administrator details on My Support Portal
If yes, you could talk to them, else, you would have to reach out to your Pega contact in your organization.
