Create a case listing showing stages, processes and steps
What is the recommended way to automatically generate a case listing, showing each cases' details (stage/process/step hierarchy as well as what the step does)? This last point (the step action) might be a bit difficult as it depends on the step type, but we are primarily concerned with Robot steps in which case the Robot Automation name would be good.
Is there something standard that does something something remotely similar already, or do we have to put together our own Report Definition?

I dont think there is anything OOTB available.
You have to design a custom report for that.

Hi,
It looks like stage, process, and step, information gets included in the Application Document. I haven't dug into it myself, but you might be able to leverage some of that functionality so you don't have to build something from scratch.

D_CaseStages Data page have logic to pull all information of a case ( stages and detail information of each step(assignemt, flow, robot..)) using this datapage we can send list of cases and prepare a report .
