Flows are not showing under process while adding a Step in Case designer
In 7.1 we can add any flow availabe in the work class as a step. But in 7.2 the flows available(not created through case designer) in the same work class are not showing while adding step. what is the reason?

You can add it manually and save it. It will not throw any errors. Only prompting is changed. It will only show the best bets (created using Case designer OR manually added to Bets bets).

- There are slight changes in Designing a Life Cycle in PRPC 7.2 compared to earlier versions
- Stages are further organized into processes which define one or more paths the case must follow. Processes contain a series of actions, or steps that must be completed to resolve the case.
- After adding a stage you will prompt with message to add the process . After adding the process ,add steps to process. Now save the Case type and refreshing the App Explorer you will be able to see flow added for each Process.

We cannot create a screen flow as a step from the Case Designer. Instead, we create a flow rule first using the Screen Flow template. Once the flow is created, then the flow can be added as a step in the Case Designer.

Thanks for the reply. I know how to create screenflow, the screenflow I created is not showing while adding step in Case Designer. It is helpful if you provide screenshots how to add the screenflow as a step in Case Designer.
