How to add parallel steps in a process in case designer
Ex: I am having 4 steps (Step1 , Step2 , Step3 , Step4) under a single stage.
i need Step1->(Step2 or Step3) --> Step4
Step 2 and step 3 are parallel.
In 7.1, we have step configuration option. We can select 2 or more steps as parallel steps by selecting Start step upon stage entry.
How to achieve this in 7.2.2.

Hi Carissa, Thanks for the reply.
Parallel process is creating assignment links for each step(Assignment links.png). But my requirement is like, under actions i need to display 2 steps, user can select any one of that and proceed(Actions.png).

It looks like you are actually trying to configure different flow actions. You can configure the assignment in your flow with more than one connector to display the different flow actions and route the process accordingly based on the action selected by the user.
