@Mohamed_Akeel Hi, Greetings. The create stage automatically moves to the next stage, workaround is to skip this stage entirely and then use steps/processes from next stage as your entry point.

@Mohamed_Akeel Hi, The Case progresses automatically from create stage, alternate option is to skip the create Stage and use primary stages and steps and then use wait for user action in those stages. PFA
