Hi, we are upgrading from 7.3.1 to 8.6 and I can see that CPMPerformDefaults has changed to accommodate Email Triage cases. We currently don't use email bots, but use interaction cases where InteractionType = email to track emails. Every time CPMPerformDefaults is called for these cases, D_CorrespondenceCase errors because there is no emailCaseID and further down the line there's deferred save error (A commit cannot be performed because a deferred save of instance WORK-CHANNEL-TRIAGE failed).
Is there a way to simply disable email triage cases for email interactions? CPMPerformDefaults is now a final rule where it wasn't in v7. Thanks
