@BharatRathore Can you please explain what are you using Campaigns and not the Outbound Schedules in NBA Designer? Is it for a client implementation or some internal demo?
Regarding the issue you are facing, Does the Action flow for HomeLoan1 have the email shape configured? Which email account is configured on the email shape and is that able to successfully connect to the Email Service Provider? If the configuration is correct then check the PR_DATA_CORR_EMAIL table to see if the email is stuck in delivery or has errored out.
