Campaign email is not getting sent
Hi All,
I have setup email account and its working with CaseType(Getting email while creating case or at any specific steps ) and working with seedList or Test Message on Flow.
But not getting while running campaign - No error at all.
Please suggest some configuration If I am missing or anyone resolved it.

@MarijeSchillern Its resolved now after making below changes as per SR suggestions.
Enabled below agents in PegaMKT-Engine
SendEmailsInBulk SendEmailChild
and setup PegaMKTEmail service.

@BharatRathore The you say running a campaign - Do you mean running outbound schedule on Next-Best-Action Designer? Have you confirmed if Actions are getting initiated/triggerred for the customers?

@RaghuShankhawaram Hi Raghu, I am not using NBA designer , just created multichannel campaign and running(schedule) from CDH portal. Please find the attached file for Campaign run & Batch DF.

@BharatRathore Can you please explain what are you using Campaigns and not the Outbound Schedules in NBA Designer? Is it for a client implementation or some internal demo?
Regarding the issue you are facing, Does the Action flow for HomeLoan1 have the email shape configured? Which email account is configured on the email shape and is that able to successfully connect to the Email Service Provider? If the configuration is correct then check the PR_DATA_CORR_EMAIL table to see if the email is stuck in delivery or has errored out.

We have record in PR_DATA_CORR_EMAIL table with Pending-Delivery status. We raised SR and Pega team suggested to enable PEGAMKTEmail service which is currently not available.

@BharatRathore i tried the above mentioned configuration but still i am unable to sent the email through Campaign . when i am running the campaign it is showing running only .
