@SilviaZ3 Can you check and confirm if the Channel treatment processing toggle is turned on? You can find this toggle in the Next-Best-Action Designer settings popup. To get to this popup you need to click the Cog icon displayed on the top right Next-Best-Action Designer screen.
If this is turned off then please turn it on.

@SilviaZ3 , I suggest you debug the output of the strategy to ensure that the correct name of action and treatment is emitted. I would first test this in Customer Profile Viewer in the Next Best Action tab. If that is working validate hard coding the treatment name in the action flow, prior to the email shape via set property in a connector makes it work. This will validate if the shape is having trouble or the data is not making it to the shape. If you continue to have issues with this, open a support incident please.
