We are selecting a customer in Customer Profile viewer and then opening the NBA tab.
After selecting Direction=Outbound and an Issue and a group, we can see in the results only a subset of the actions in the issue/group with an outbound channel configured even though we have the "Show all decision results" option selected.
Is there any setting that hide actions from the Customer Profile Viewer?
It would be useful to see them to analyze arbitration and filtering on those actions for specific customers.
It seems like those actions are configured in the same way of the visible ones.
