Broken Cases

What should I do if my cases suddenly crashed. Neither click nor type can be done at the moment. Usually, I used to re-create the case, and it looks like inefficient way to deal with it. Is there anything to get this over?

Hello,

Well many things can done, you can have your custom recover configuration. I guess it depends if we are talking about Production cases or just Development.

And also what you exactly mean by "crashed". Do you have an error message ? You need to analyse what is missing on your case or on the associated assignments to think about how to correct them.

Try to open the case with an Obj-Open-By-Handle on an activity if you can and check the clipboard content to understand what is going wrong.
