Broken Items for pyFTSIncrementalIndexer

Hi,

We have approx 1025 broken items for pyFTSIncrementalIndexer queue processor (count is increasing) and all of them are getting failed due to below error:--

Error: You lack access required to execute Rule-Obj-Activity.pzFTSIncrementalIndexerUsingQP

May I know what privileges we are missing here as I understand this is OOTB queue processor and does not require any specific privilege to run it.  

PS: Our stream services are running fine

Do you see an Access Group listed in the broken item?

Can you check the access configured for the Access Group and associated roles to see if it has access to execute activities of class System-Queue-FTSIncrementalIndexer or System-Queue-?

Here is a screen shot of the PegaRULES:User4 role, which should have access.
