Broken items are being re-queued automatically
We have a Standard Agent and defined max attempts =1, but the items after going into broken queue are getting processed more than the defined max attempts from long back(the first time it went into broken queue a month ago and are being processed till now).
Would like to know the reason "Why it is happening" ?

@DILIP DONDA Hi Can you please check the Max attempts and max retries for the entries that are getting requeued and let us know the same. Even if you can provide a screenshot by removing the confidential info it would be helpful

In agent activity are you having any logic, that if any exception happens during agent processing, then requeuing the request to same agent like that.
As per the agent logic if maximum re-try count got over, then Pega will move the request to broken item. But inside agent activity if you are having any re-queue logic, then it will be kind of loop process again and again request will get queued to agent.
