Broken items are being re-queued automatically
We have a Standard Agent and defined max attempts =1, but the items after going into broken queue are getting processed more than the defined max attempts from long back(the first time it went into broken queue a month ago and are being processed till now).
Would like to know the reason "Why it is happening" ?
