Reset broken queue items automatically
Hello,
I think about using an agent to update a work object in standard mode with AQM.
My approach is to implement an additional agent, which is doing an Obj-Browse to retrieve all broken queue items of the particular update agent. Afterwards doing on Obj-Open and Obj-Save to reset the status to 'scheduled'.
I would like to have feedback about the best way to handle the broken queue items automatically.

Thanks for you answer. I think there will be still broken queue items, as it might be that the "maxattemps" are all done at the same time and e.g. the case is still locked.
I hope there is a better approach the resetting the broken queue items manually or implement an additional agent.
Any suggestions from anybody?

Hi,
You can re-queue the items which are broken by manually or though an agent. There is some error due to this items were went to broken queue, we need to resolve the problem before placing to process again.
