Delete old queue items in broken queue

Is there any OOTB functionality to delete Broken queue items that have crossed a certain amount of time, this can be done through an agent, but want to check if there is already a setting/rule somewhere to handle this.

I thin There isn't an OOTB agent to clean up broken queue items since they need to be reviewed first to see what action should be taken. Someone will need to review the items to see why they went into the broken queue and either requeue them if needed or delete them if no longer needed.
