Unable to re-queue a broken item in pega 7.2
I get the below error when I try to re-queue a broken process item:

This error is seen when the OOTB activity BulkProcessListView runs. I've double checked..the queue item exists in the db.
Can anybody suggest ?

Do you already know why it as been sent to broken queue? It will be best to solve this issue first before re-queuing.
