How to Auto Re-queue the Failed Items in Bulk

Hi All,

We have a requirement where there are a bulk of failed cases . We want to build a functionality to auto reqeue the failed items in Bulk.

Please suggest how can we achieve the same .

Hello,

Are you talking about the Out-Of-The-Box bulk screen below:

Because I'm not sure to get your point. Re-Queue to what? And re-queue to fail again, you may have a failure which will need administrator work what do you expect from the re-queue then.
