Case not getting resolved via SLA activity - going to Broken-Process
Hi,
I am trying to auto-resolve my case when not taken any user action. I have set up an SLA on the assignment and I am calling pyChangeStage activity (PFA the screenshot) to go to the last 'Resolve' stage which has no process. But every time the case remains in the same assignment and the SLA queue entry is going to Broken-Process and there is no exception mentioned other that "java.lang.nullpointerexception" which is pretty generic. There is no error while tracing the SLA agent.
I dont want to use 'ResumeFlow' or 'AdvanceFlow' as I want to close the case not resuming or performing any other action.
Could you guys please help me out? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you all!
