SLA running on resolved case

Urgency getting updated for a resolved case. Are we missing something there?

Is this behavior occurring on all resolved items or a subset of them? If it is a subset, is the time of resolution very close to the time of SLA run? (Potentially race condition) Or if it is a larger window might indicate a lock issue or something along those lines when trying to clean up the other entries.
