Process SLA and Case Overall SLA
Sorry for my many asking, but I really need your advice.
I am required to set SLA in pega application, but it has some option to set SLA in Case overall or Stage or Process/Flow or Assignment....
I understand I can set SLA in all timing, not only Stage or other...
I have a simple question about pxUrgencyWorkSLA. Please see a doc attached.
