Report to show SLA and elapsed time
Hi
I am required to create a report which contains SLA and elapsed time each stages...
I try to save as "pyAssignmentWorklist" in Assign- class to work class, but it did not work due to the following error.
Is it not possible to use "pyAssignmentWorklist" report definition in Assign- class under work class?

If you want to fetch the SLA data from work object (cases) then point the report to the class as below:
AMR-AutoRep-Work-AutoService / AMR-AutoRep-Work

You can also point your Report to Assign-Worklist and in Data access join the class AMR-AutoRep-Work-AutoService / AMR-AutoRep-Work with suitable prefix you can access the data in the report. And can access the data from both the mapped tables in the class records.

In Assign-Worklist, it has pxGoalTime and pxDeadlineTime....
I am required to get stage and case SLA time.
These goaltime and deadline time show stage SLA or case/overall SLA ?
If I need to get both time, is there any report in OOTB?
