Report Definition which show specific user
Hi
I am required to create Report definition which show one specific user.
In our current approval pega system, it shows some approvers in cases because it is required to approve by some approvers...
However, I am required to show final approver in report definition. I could the number of approvers by counting instances, but I cannot put the number to list...
I would like to do is below..
n: count number
Approver(n) should be specified in column in Report Definition.
May I have advice?
and is it possible to use Activity in report definition?
because I wonder if only Activity pass parameter as list number....

You can add the Final approver property in the work class and set that value on pyWorkPage when final approval is done.
Expose this property and use it in the report definition.

In our case, Approver list like below, so it is difficult to get the value in pyWorkPage because I cannot specify the index.
Approver(1).Name
Approver(2).Name
Approver(3).Name
Approver(4).Name
.....
and the index number is flexible because some application need 3 approvers, but others 5 approvers... then I am required to get the last index number such as 3 or 5...
Do you know any method to get the index number in report definition?

I don't think there is an OOTB way to get the index in the Report Definition. But in Data Transform we can get the last Approver by using "Approver(<LAST>).Name" and set this value to some property on pyWorkPage and use it in Report Definition.

Hi Yuki,
Create a property "LastApprover" and set this to the post flow of approval assignment step as below
pyWorkPage.LastApprover = OperatorID.pyUserName
This will set the last approver to the desired property (LastApprover)
OperatorID - Data-Admin-Operator-ID
