Resolved case

I tried to Reopen a case that is in Resolved Denied stage . But the "reopen case" in the optional actions is not showing for alternate resolved cases. In pega, can we have a option "reopen case" for alternate resolved stages or is it applicable only for "resolved complete" stage?

@GopiN448 Hi, Greetings. As long as the status is "Resolved-xx", we can reopen a case whether it is from Primary or Alternative, if not, have a look at the when condition in the Case Type for this Optional Action.
