Case is assigned to the BrokenProcesses

The case is assigned to BrokenProcesses to ' Repair flow configuration '.

This is happening for all the cases we are creating through the integration layer evet feeds. In Development it's working fine. However, Test environment having this issue.

If we restart it, we are getting the error, "Couldn't find Rule-Connect-REST instance .Notify". But, this instance is present in this environment.

Is there anything missing to fix this issue.

Hi Nilesh,

Both the instance of assignment being assigned to broken process and rest connect issue may not be dependent.
To start with could you please trace the SLA agent to understand when things are going wrong.

Assignment might be having issue that is causing it to end up as broken process.
Tracer compare for both the scenario should give you the conclusive hint.
