Hi All,

We have requirement as follow.

• If we search with case Id, if it assigned to logged in user it should open in Perform mode
• If we search with case Id, if it is not assigned to logged in user it should open in review mode
• If I am searching for customer data it should open my customer harness to display customer information

For 1 scenario we have used Open assignment action with condition , for 2nd scenario used Open by handle (OOTB case search build like this) with condition and for 3rd scenario called my custom harness based on condition.But we we do search conditions are not working properly.

Please suggest any other approch
