case link opening a child case with no active assignments
Case link is opening child cases even if the case is resolved
Steps to replicate:
1. Create a WO
2. Create a child WO
3. Resolve/Withdraw child WO
4. Click on the worklink for parent case
This will open child work object instead of opening parent WO
How can I make sure to open parent WO incase child WO is resolved; any help will be appreciated
In the image above; if I configure configure a link to open COL-156(parent case); it will open BE-3(child case); even if the child WO is Resolved

Sumit,
In the screen shot above, are you talking about the link at the top for COL-156? When you go through that process with tracer on, do you see where the context should be switching back to the parent? It might help to go through the same exercise with an open case where the switch works, so you can see the point of divergence. Once you have that, you should be able to work backwards from there.
