Open Assignment From Email link for Pega 7.1.9

HI ,

I wanted to open an Assignment based on an Email Link . ( The Operator who will open the assignment is a Pega User) . What is the way to achieve this in Pega 7.1.9 ?

Hi Khirod,

You may use Direct Web Access to fulfill your requirement. Directed Web Access (DWA) allows anyone accessing the internet and email to process an assignment.
