Ques: Open Assignment From Email
Hello,
PART 1 - I have a correspondence with the Case ID in the mail body.
The case ID should be a link - done
PART 2 - Onclick of URL the case should get open Review /Perform harness by passing the authentication
Any suggestion? Any OOTBs ?
For This implementation SSO mandatory?
Currently I am getting the Login Screen on click of URL.

Adding to Harish's comments can use SnapStart also.SSO is not mandatory but whenever you open the link it asks for general authentication.
If designer studio or portal is already opened ,when you click on the URL through email in same browser where portal or designer studio is opened,it wont ask the authentication details.

Hi,
weather its SSO or the general authentication, after click on like the portal that opens not picking the application Skin , instead its picking the default skin.
any help on this ?

I have same requirement in my project. I tried the above solution but it didn't work.
Appreciate if you can help me with the steps.
Below is my requirement :
User will be receiving an email once the case is assigned. Now user should be able to access the assignment by click on link in the email(case id).
To implement this feature, i tried with different Correspondence Fragments likeAssignmentLink, WorkLink, pxOpenAssignmentLink, but it didn't work.
