Assignment not opening from Email

Hello team,

I have a requirement where i need to provide a case id link in the email notification. Up on click on the case id in the email, respective assignment should get open. 

I have followed the above approach in building the link in the correspondence fragment but it didn't work.

Can you help me in resolving the issue by providing the steps to follow.

I tried with different Correspondence Fragments like AssignmentLink, WorkLink, pxOpenAssignmentLink, but it didn't work.

Hi Ramesh,

Before using pxOpenassignmentLink or WorkLink. Please make sure the application Public URL is set to Pega url that you use for login.

You can check this under Configure> System >Settings >URLs > Public Link URL

You can make use of pxOpenAssignmentLink correspodence fragment for your requirement to open the assignment directly. As a best practice make sure you send the email with assignment link in the pre-processing  of the flow action.
