Open assignments for Resolved-Closed cases
We have an issue with the Summary report where .pyOpenCount for Open Count shows 9 and pyUserWorklist shows 2. This is because 7 of those 9 cases are in status Resolved-Closed (custom status). How can we get the property .pyOpenCount to show 2 instead of 9 ?

Hi Thienn,
You can use an activity that should be triggered when the status of the case comes to "Resolved-closed" . You can configure this on the end shape of a flow. you set the property by calling a data transform / Property-Set in which you can decrease the count of ".pyOpenCount".

What is the pyOpenCount? Is it the count of all cases which has an open assignment? If that is the case, what is the activity that I can call to delete all open assignments when the case comes to "Resolved-closed" ?

In your case, even pyOpenCount should display 2 because 7 out of 9 status are resolved completed.
Can you please verify in the pcassignworklist pega table and check is there entry available for 7 closed status work object record. If yes, then there is some issue in removing of closed work object in your flow. Because once workobject status is resolved - closed, pega will remove entry from this table by default.
