Re-Opening a Resolved - Completed case
I have a requirement that even if a case is Resolved - Completed, the manager would like to reopen the case and select a readmission, for example. Can this be done and if so, how? In this case, if it was a readmission, there would be new fields to fill out. Trying to hold together in once case the activity which may occur.
