Cannot resolve a Reopened case again
Create a Pega case.
Resolve that case.
Reopen the same case.
Again try to resolve the case. It will not move to resolve stage.

@Hitesh Jain When try to resolve the case second time, it was not moved to resolve stage. So I added a change stage shape in the flow and moved to Resolve stage.

@FaseehAhmed, Usually it works. Make sure that there is no lock issue.
