Reopen a case from button. I have a button and on click of it i need to reopen a case and moved it to the prior stage of resolve.

I have a button and on click of it i need to reopen a case and moved it to the prior stage of resolution. I have used OOTB function reopen work item and activity pxChangeStage. But it is failing, can any one help me with this
